However, upon special request of a user, Formstack Documents may store merged data that may include encrypted personal information on our cloud computing provider until the user can securely download this data. After the download, Formstack Documents deletes this information.

11. How does Formstack Documents protect my personal data?

Formstack Documents takes reasonable precautions to protect personal data in its possession from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
