Create Unique Sales Sheets for Customers

Sales sheets are a great way to deliver information about your product quickly and highlight the value you bring to your customers.  Creating a sales sheet that is targeted to a specific person can be a great way to get a prospect’s attention.  By creating this unique sales sheet, you are able to make the prospect feel special as well as give them messaging that is tailored to their specific needs.

For example, let’s say you have a quote request form on your website and you want to send each person that submits that form a nice one sheet that describes your product and what their quote will include.  You can create a document in WebMerge that has all of your marketing messaging, and then you can include information that they submitted from the online form.  Even a short message like “Hi Sarah, we’re excited to show you…” will make a great intro.

You could even send them different one sheets based on the product(s) they selected for your quote.  Using our Data Routing feature, you could send 1 or many documents to that person if they selected multiple products.

Using these sales sheets to promote your products and keep you top-of-mind to prospects is an important step in the sales process.  It also makes it easy for customers to share your story with other people by simply forwarding the documents.
