Keep Your Sales Team Happy and Always Closing

"Coffee is for closers" - from the infamous sales speech of Alec Baldwin in Glengarry Glen Ross, the primary objective of a sales team is to A.B.C, Always Be Closing.  Let’s face it, this is what good sales people are great at.  They know how to make the sale happen.  But what happens when you take this great salesperson away from the sale (helping the customer see their need for your product) and have them focus on administrative duties such as generating a contract or invoicing.

The more time they spend on those administrative tasks, the less time they could be working on new leads.  And the less time they spend on new leads, the less sales they close.  You see where this is going.  So how can we take these tasks off their plate so they can get back to what they do best?  We automate with WebMerge!

It’s really simple to setup templates in WebMerge for all of these different documents that are creating over and over again for customers.  Once those templates are setup, simply enter the necessary information (or automatically send it from your Sales platform) and WebMerge will generate the customized document for that specific customer.

Having your sales team using the same templates also reduces the risk for errors occurring and keeps the messaging of the documents the same across the company.  After many edits and changes, many sales people often have differing versions of a contract that they are sending out to customers and that can have a negative impact on the business down the road.

As you look at your sales team, where is there opportunity for making their sales process easier and more efficient?  Let’s work together to make sure they get that 1st prize Cadillac Eldorado and not the 3rd prize.
