Keep Your Sales Team Happy and Always Closing

"Coffee is for closers" - from the infamous sales speech of Alec Baldwin in Glengarry Glen Ross, the primary objective of a sales team is to A.B.C, Always Be Closing.  Let’s face it, this is what good sales people are great at.  They know how to make the sale happen.  But what happens when you take this great salesperson away from the sale (helping the customer see their need for your product) and have them focus on administrative duties such as generating a contract or invoicing.
