Simplified is a 3rd Party Logistics company. WebMerge is used to assist in auto generating specific documents utilized in our sales process:
- Proposals at various levels
- Authorization documents
- Contracts
- Internal Account Management Forms

We were manually generating documents, and sometimes with Word MailMerge

We needed consistent and uniform company presentation and legal documents.

With Webmerge we now have consistency of client presentation across sales team.

We are still calculating our savings, but we're saving more than time.  We have reduced errors and improved our consistency.
