Can you tell us a little about your business?

We're a technical consulting firm specializing in datacenter implementation projects and datacenter assessment work, for mostly upper mid-market and enterprise commercial clients.

Walk us through what solution you were using before WebMerge.

Manual process of taking information from our Client Proposal app in Podio and turning it into Word documents.

What problems were you running into that led you to search for WebMerge?

Huge waste of time for sales, high error count due to the manual labor, less time for finesse in just the rush to get it done.

How are the things different for you now that you use WebMerge?

WebMerge lets us go directly from Podio to a formatted Word document, which can then be edited to refine and finalize. Sales staff isn't spending time copying and pasting, and then fixing formatting errors, before they ever get to meaningful edit.

Can you estimate how much time you are saving with WebMerge?

We are saving roughly 12 hours per proposal by using WebMerge.

Can you summarize in one sentence what difference has WebMerge made for your business?

I have so much less stress over non-essentials, and more time to spend where it truly counts.
