Can you tell us a little about your business?

We are a law firm where its main focus in on injury law. Personal injury and workers compensation. If you have been injured we fight for your rights. We use Webmerge to make the 100 or so documents we have, pull the info from Salesforce and keep the document standard for every user.

Walk us through what solution you were using before WebMerge.

We weren't using anything except a file full of pre-made documents and you a just change it to the matter your working on.

What problems were you running into that led you to search for WebMerge?

We moved to salesforce from tritek. So we wanted a solution that would help speed up and keep consistency with the document process. While being able to spend that time in other areas of the practice.

How are the things different for you now that you use WebMerge?

Its great having WebMerge running. We can easliy have a document emailed to us with in seconds of you pressing the WebMerge button. All the information pertaining to that matter is already in the document and ready to be checked over sent out.

Can you estimate how much time you are saving with WebMerge?

Multiple hours a day!
