Can you tell us a little about your business?

We offer marketing implementation services to businesses.

Walk us through what solution you were using before WebMerge.

Before WebMerge, we had manual processes mainly - lots of data entry by our team.

What problems were you running into that led you to search for WebMerge?

I have clients who wanted a gift voucher created which initially put me onto WebM!erge. It allowed me to create a nice looking gift voucher automatically delivered by filling in a simple form.

Since then I have found applications for other clients.

How are the things different for you now that you use WebMerge?

Another client is a recruitment company that has a lot of candidates - we used webmerge to automatically pull all their webform data into word documents with 150+ fields, saving a lot of time.

Recently we have also created a typeform and integrated it with WebMerge using Zapier which allows staff to do on-site machinery assessments where they fill in a form.

Previously with the machinery assessments they would have a printed form, they would make notes and then take lots of photos, then come into the office and type up the notes into a word document form and manually insert all the photos. (this could take up to 30 minutes every time)

With WebMerge they simply fill in a typeform on their phone or tablet and take the photos on the fly and the minute they hit submit the report is generated with the fields filled out, images inserted and correctly sized. Automatically put in the correctly named folder on Dropbox with absolutely no chance of human transcribing errors. - Can't ask for much more than that!

We estimate that we are saving hundreds of hours per month with WebMerge!
