Automate Your Customer Notices October 28, 2013

Do you manually send out monthly notices to your customers?  In the apartment industry, each month the property manager creates a few different types of notices that it sends to residents.  The most frequent are late notices for those who have not paid their rent on time. 

To create these notices, they usually use the built-in mail merge functionality of Word, but then they have to print all of those notices and delivery them.  Most often, they print off a second copy and save it with the resident’s file.

There has to be a better way!  With WebMerge, a property manager could easily create the same notices they currently use, upload the same CSV file they used for the mail merge, but now the notice can be automatically emailed to the resident, and sent to their resident folder on a cloud storage service like Dropbox or Box.  This would eliminate the need for paper!
