Can you tell us a little bit about your business?
We are an independent fee only investment advisor that serves a niche market; that being the airline industry. The principles of the firm are all active airline pilots. Our clients are largely from this industry, however, we also have non airline people via word of mouth.
What problems were you running into that led you to search for WebMerge? How are things different now?
We switched our CRM to Salesforce and needed to change our method of creating the client meeting forms. Now with WebMerge and Salesforce together, the process is much easier. There is less required by the staff to create the document. WebMerge pulls more data from our Salesforce CRM to populate the form than we had before, saving us time.
Can you estimate how much time you save now that you use WebMerge?
We save 15 minutes per form.
What are your plans for growth? How do you see WebMerge playing a role in that?
Increasing number of clients will require more automation of form creation. We'll be adding more forms to WebMerge as we grow.
Can you summarize in one sentence what difference has WebMerge made for your business and for you, personally?
WebMerge has saved us time and created a better form process.
